"Now, camp was an open area with no water, no buildings and barely a road to get there or out of there. We discovered that we had more hunters there also. Really. Found out they were party hunters making a drive to Old Mexico each night. The first night they got back drunk as skunks, blowing the pickup horn and shooting their guns. I told Charles, “You better get a tight hold ‘cause these party hunters are going to run cows and horses right over the tent we were in.”
